Before I Arrive...

A little prep before I arrive makes a big difference! These simple things will help your home look its best and keep your appointment running smoothly.

Outside

☐ Move vehicles away from the home and out of view.

☐ Put away garbage cans, hoses, toys, tools, and lawn equipment.

☐ Clean up any pet waste.

Inside

☐ Turn on all interior and exterior lights.

☐ Replace any burned-out light bulbs, if possible.

☐ Turn off all fans.

☐ Open blinds and curtains (unless you'd rather not show the view).

☐ Clear countertops and put away everyday clutter.

☐ Close all toilet lids.

☐ Make all beds.

☐ Secure pets during the appointment.

☐ Close garage doors.

☐ Let me know if there's a special feature you'd like highlighted—a view, shop, barn, custom kitchen, or anything else.

Every home is lived in, so don't worry if everything isn't perfect. My goal is simply to help your home look its absolute best.
